Narrated Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas:

When the Prophet of Allah (peace be upon him0 undertook his journey by the way of al-Far', he shouted talbiyah when his mount stood up with him on its back. But when he travelled by the way of Uhud, he raised his voice in Talbiyah when he ascended the hill of al-Bayda'.

21) باب فِي وَقْتِ الإِحْرَامِ

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ جَرِيرٍ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي قَالَ، سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ إِسْحَاقَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتِ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ، قَالَتْ قَالَ سَعْدُ بْنُ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ كَانَ نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا أَخَذَ طَرِيقَ الْفُرْعِ أَهَلَّ إِذَا اسْتَقَلَّتْ بِهِ رَاحِلَتُهُ وَإِذَا أَخَذَ طَرِيقَ أُحُدٍ أَهَلَّ إِذَا أَشْرَفَ عَلَى جَبَلِ الْبَيْدَاءِ ‏.‏
