40) Chapter: Regarding A Man Who Has Agreed To The Condition Of Living In Her Place Of Residence
‘Uqbah bin ‘Amir reported the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) as saying “The condition worthier to befulfilled by you is the one by which you made the private parts (of your wife) lawful(for you).
40) باب فِي الرَّجُلِ يَشْتَرِطُ لَهَا دَارَهَا
حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَيْرِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ . " إِنَّ أَحَقَّ الشُّرُوطِ أَنْ تُوفُوا بِهِ مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ الْفُرُوجَ "
