40. Prescribed Punishments (Kitab Al-Hudud) - كتاب الحدود
6) Chapter: Concealing those who have committed deeds for which had punishments are prescribed
Ibn al-Muakadir said:
Huzzal had ordered Ma’iz to go to the prophet (ﷺ) and tell him(about his having committed adultery).
6) باب فِي السَّتْرِ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْحُدُودِ
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، أَنَّ هَزَّالاً، أَمَرَ مَاعِزًا أَنْ يَأْتِيَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَيُخْبِرَهُ .
