36. Tribulations - كتاب الفتن
It was narrated from ‘Abdullah bin ‘Amr that the Messenger of
Allah (ﷺ) said:
“The first signs to appear will be at the rising
of the sun from the west and the emergence of the Beast to the
people, at forenoon.’”
'Abdullah said: "Whichever of them appears first, the other will come soon after." 'Abdullah said: "I do not think it will be anything other than the sun rising from the west."
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي حَيَّانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَرِيرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ . قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ فَأَيَّتُهُمَا مَا خَرَجَتْ قَبْلَ الأُخْرَى فَالأُخْرَى مِنْهَا قَرِيبٌ . قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ وَلاَ أَظُنُّهَا إِلاَّ طُلُوعَ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا . " أَوَّلُ الآيَاتِ خُرُوجًا طُلُوعُ الشَّمْسِ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا وَخُرُوجُ الدَّابَّةِ عَلَى النَّاسِ ضُحًى "
