71) Chapter: The descent of 'Eisa bin Mariam to judge according to the Shari'ah of our Prophet Muhammad (saws); And how Allah has honored this Ummah; And clarifying the evidence that this religion will not be abrogated; and that a group from it will continue to adhere to the truth and prevail until the day of resurrection
Abu Huraira reported that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
By Him in Whose hand is my life, the son of Mary (ﷺ) will soon descend among you as a just judge. He will break crosses, kill swine and abolish Jizya and the wealth will pour forth to such an extent that no one will accept it.
71) باب نُزُولِ عِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ حَاكِمًا بِشَرِيعَةِ نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ صلى الله عليه وسلم
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم . " وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَيُوشِكَنَّ أَنْ يَنْزِلَ فِيكُمُ ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ صلى الله عليه وسلم حَكَمًا مُقْسِطًا فَيَكْسِرَ الصَّلِيبَ وَيَقْتُلَ الْخِنْزِيرَ وَيَضَعَ الْجِزْيَةَ وَيَفِيضَ الْمَالُ حَتَّى لاَ يَقْبَلَهُ أَحَدٌ "
