22. The Book of Musaqah - كتاب المساقاة
5) Chapter: If a man finds what he sold with the purchaser, who has become bankrupt, then he has the right to take it back

This hadith has been narrated on the authority of Qatada with the same chain of transmitters (but with a change of these words):

" He is more entitled to get it than any other creditor."

5) باب مَنْ أَدْرَكَ مَا بَاعَهُ عِنْدَ الْمُشْتَرِي وَقَدْ أَفْلَسَ فَلَهُ الرُّجُوعُ فِيهِ ‏‏
وَحَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، أَيْضًا حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي كِلاَهُمَا، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ ‏.‏ مِثْلَهُ وَقَالاَ ‏‏ ‏.‏ "‏ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ مِنَ الْغُرَمَاءِ ‏"
