Answer:
Cleaning after Urine
In the name of Allah, We praise Him, seek His help and ask
for His forgiveness. Whoever Allah guides none can misguide, and whoever
He allows to fall astray, none can guide them aright. We bear witness that
there is no one (no idol, no person,
no grave, no prophet, no
imam, no dai, nobody!) worthy of worship but Allah
Alone, and we bear witness that Muhammad (saws) is His slave-servant and the
seal of His Messengers.

Wadi is a thick white secretion
discharged (by some people) after urination. It is considered impure. Aishah said, " Wadi comes out after
urination. The person should wash the private parts and perform ablution. It is not necessary to perform ghusl.
This is related by Ibn al-Mundhir.
Ibn 'Abbas related that "
Other than urine, there are
basically three types of discharges that are released from one’s private
organs:
If only Wadi or Madhi is released, one does not require a ‘ghusl’ or full bath to purify himself; he must wash his private parts and the part of his clothes or body where the ‘wadi’ or ‘madhi’ has touched, do the wudu, and he would be available for prayer.
If Mani is released, then it
becomes obligatory to perform a ‘ghusl’ or full bath to purify
oneself.

Anas related that the Prophet (saws) said,
"Stay clean of urine, as the majority of punishment in the grave is due to
it."
Related by ad-Daraqutni.
Ibn 'Abbas related that the Messenger of
Allah (saws) passed by two graves and said, "They are being punished. But
they are not being punished for a great matter (on their part). One of them did
not clean himself from urine and the other used to spread slander."
Related by Muslim and Bukhari.
Regardless of where one relieves oneself, it is absolutely
obligatory on a believer who sincerely believes in Allah and the Last Day, to
cleanse himself after answering the call of nature with water, or stone, or
rock or in their absence any other cleansing agent. A believer should never ever urinate and
not cleanse his private parts immediately after.
If one in an absolute case of emergency has to urinate,
and despite his best efforts is unable to find a cleansing agent to cleanse
himself would be required to wash his private parts and the parts of his body
or clothes where the urine drops might have touched at the very first
opportunity when a cleansing agent is available. A full ghusl is not obligatory for one
answering the call of nature.
Whatever written of Truth and benefit is only due to
Allah’s Assistance and Guidance, and whatever of error is of me
alone. Allah Alone Knows Best and
He is the Only Source of Strength.
