43) Chapter: Regarding Hitting Women
Abu Harrah Al Ruqashi reported on the authority of his uncle” The Prophet (ﷺ) said “If you fear the recalcitrance abandon them in their beds.”
The narrator Hammad said “By abandonment he meant abandonment of intercourse.”
43) باب فِي ضَرْبِ النِّسَاءِ
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حُرَّةَ الرَّقَاشِيِّ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ . قَالَ حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي النِّكَاحَ . " فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ نُشُوزَهُنَّ فَاهْجُرُوهُنَّ فِي الْمَضَاجِعِ "
