16) Chapter: Five kinds of animals are harmful and allowed to be killed in Haram
Narrated `Aisha:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Five kinds of animals are mischief-doers and can be killed even in the Sanctuary:
They are the rat the scorpion, the kite, the crow and the rabid dog."
16) باب خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ فَوَاسِقُ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحَرَمِ
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عَنْهَا ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ . " خَمْسٌ فَوَاسِقُ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحَرَمِ الْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْحُدَيَّا، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ "
