7) Chapter: It is recommended to apply perfume just before entering Ihram, and it is recommended to use Musk, and it does not matter if its glistening traces remain
'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported:
I applied the best perfume, which I could get, to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) before entering upon the state of Ihram (and after this) he put on the Ihram.
7) باب الطِّيبِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ عِنْدَ الإِحْرَامِ
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عُرْوَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، - رضى الله عنها - قَالَتْ كُنْتُ أُطَيِّبُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِأَطْيَبِ مَا أَقْدِرُ عَلَيْهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُحْرِمَ ثُمَّ يُحْرِمُ .
