4) Chapter: The prohibition of being married to a woman and her paternal aunt or maternal aunt at the same time
Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger (may peace upon him) having said this:
One should not combine a woman and her father's sister, nor a woman and her mother's sister in marriage.
4) باب تَحْرِيمِ الْجَمْعِ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا أَوْ خَالَتِهَا فِي النِّكَاحِ
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ . " لاَ يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا وَلاَ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَخَالَتِهَا"
