38) Chapter: It Is Recommended To Kill Geckos
'A'isha reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said about the gecko as a noxious creature". Harmala made this addition that she said:
I did not hear that he had commanded to kill them.
38) باب اسْتِحْبَابِ قَتْلِ الْوَزَغِ
وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، وَحَرْمَلَةُ، قَالاَ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ،
عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ لِلْوَزَغِ .
زَادَ حَرْمَلَةُ قَالَتْ وَلَمْ أَسْمَعْهُ أَمَرَ بِقَتْلِهِ . " الْفُوَيْسِقُ "
