16) Chapter: Adorning oneself for the 'Eid Khutbah
It was narrated that Abu Rimthah said:
"I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) delivering the Khutbah, wearing two green Burds."
16) باب الزِّينَةِ لِلْخُطْبَةِ لِلْعِيدَيْنِ
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِيَادٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي رِمْثَةَ، قَالَ رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَخْطُبُ وَعَلَيْهِ بُرْدَانِ أَخْضَرَانِ .
