46) Chapter: Mentioning The Different Wordings With Regard To Sharecropping
It was narrated from Ibrahim and Sa'eed bin Jubair that they did not see anything wrong with renting uncultivated land.
46) باب ذِكْرِ اخْتِلاَفِ الأَلْفَاظِ الْمَأْثُورَةِ فِي الْمُزَارَعَةِ
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَسَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، أَنَّهُمَا كَانَا لاَ يَرَيَانِ بَأْسًا بِاسْتِئْجَارِ الأَرْضِ الْبَيْضَاءِ.
